One Year of Comprehensive Personal Coaching

A year from now, your friends and loved ones will say you seem lighter and happier. Your energy will inevitably influence others in many positive ways, but you will not be a NEW person - you will have simply freed the happy person inside that was caged in self-doubt and societal expectations. We meet twice a month for 12 months (1-hour sessions). From early on in our sessions, you will begin to see your world and your relationships in new, positive ways, because you will have gained insight which will empower you and even help those around you. Through this long-term coaching plan you will learn to apply your new-found skills effortlessly and skillfully, and you will develop your own inner coach. Life is too short to continue to put up with job stress or relationship struggles. I have finally cracked the code for living my best life, and I want you to do the same.
